Asiago Cheese & Cracked Black Pepper Our signature bread. Filled with big chunks of Asiago Cheese and cracked black pepper.

Caraway Rye Slightly dark and moist, with a unique taste and texture you won’t find anywhere else.

Challah A traditional Challah, popular for holidays and makes fantastic French toast. Made either plain or seeded.

Ciabatta A crispy crust with a very soft, light interior. Made to look like a worn old shoe. Goes great as a table bread and with dipping oils.

Classic Italian A very crusty loaf that has a slightly sour flavor due to the natural starter. Goes great with any meal and makes great sandwiches.

Country White Very popular table bread. Just a hint of a sour flavor, goes great with any meal.

Multigrain A multitude of grains and seeds make for a hearty loaf that will go with any meal, or will help make a great sandwich.

New York Rye Traditional NY Rye. Loaded with seeds and makes a great sandwich.
