Asiago Cheese & Cracked Black Pepper Our signature bread- filled with big chunks of Italian asiago cheese and cracked black pepper. Ciabatta This “Italian slipper bread” has a light crust and chewy interior. Perfect for serving with dinner, slicing for bruschetta or creating your favorite sandwich. French Baguette (Plain or Seeded) A taste of Paris in Tucson, this traditional French bread is made to eat the same day it’s baked. It has a thin crispy crust and soft interior. French Ficelle Classic French bread hand-formed like a traditional baguette but thinner. This is a crustier version of the baguette with less interior crumb. Nine Grain This is yummy when used for a sandwich stacked high with veggies or alongside a hearty soup. Sourdough A Classic with its crisp, crackly crust, moist interior, and trademark sour tang. Tuscan A white bread similar to a French bread, but heartier with more chew. Whole Wheat A rich classic whole wheat loaf with a hint of sweetness from honey.
